Michael Kasperzak has over 28 years of legal and dispute resolution experience. Mike is adept in handling matters involving business, aviation, employment, real estate, intellectual property, insurance, public agency, construction, elder mediation and pre-contract negotiations.

Mike applies his entrepreneurial experience to a wide variety of business and commercial disputes including pre-contract negotiations, partnership and organizational issues.

Applying his years of practical, "hands-on" experience in local government, Mike brings insight to cases that involve planning, land use and zoning, and other municipal policy issues; and to real estate matters involving buyer/seller issues, leases, condominium and disclosure issues.

Bringing years of experience as a civil litigator, Mike is well versed with the "ins and outs" of personal injury, products liability, wrongful death and aviation issues.
